All of the above are subject to our Terms and Conditions (listed below) and which will be provided with each new signed consultation agreement.
Terms and Conditions for Interior Styling

The initial consultation fee is to be paid upon the invoice being issued and prior to any work being undertaken.
- A fee for any extra services (listed above) required by the client will be charged once agreed between the two parties and an invoice will be issued.
- The styling agreement can be terminated at any time in writing but after all outstanding fees have been settled.
- Australian consumer laws apply to any damaged/faulty goods supplied.
- We can not exchange or refund on special orders and products specifically ordered for the client for change of mind.
- Cancellation of product orders can only be accepted prior to us ordering and paying for the product/s from the supplier.

We can not be held liable or responsible for any incorrect measurements or floor plans supplied to us by the client.
This service from initial consultation to client presentation takes approximately 3 week.

NB: This package is for those clients looking for a comprehensive service but live outside of our service area prohibiting a face to face visit. All interactions and communication between the stylist and the client is done over emails and phone calls.
